Larry Betz Founder, Little Rock Kickball Association William Lawrence “Poo” Betz—raised in North Arkansas, Larry has a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Masters in Rhetoric and Writing and is currently getting a graduate certificate in Non-Profit Management at UALR. He started the Little Rock Kickball Association in the Spring of 2004 in memory of two departed friends as a social/ community service organization centered around the sport of kickball. The LRKA is the largest single city adult kickball league in the nation and has planned and carried out many charity events and collection drives for numerous local charities. The LRKA strives to be an outlet for young people to get involved in philanthropy. Larry lives in Benton with his fiance and three beautiful daughters.
